地下连续墙防绕流水囊设计与施工

摘要 在富水软弱地层地下连续墙施工过程中,墙体接头防绕流措施是增强地下连续墙整体刚度和防渗性能,提高墙体施工质量的关键。依托佛山地铁绿岛湖中站工程,在传统防绕流措施的基础上提出新型防绕流水囊技术,通过水囊对工字钢腹板内部进行填充,封堵混凝土绕流通道,提供软弱土层临时支撑。相比传统防绕流措施,采用防绕流水囊技术后,地下连续墙浇筑速率、工字钢接头施工质量和整体防水性能显著提高。 In the process of construction of underground diaphragm wall in water-rich and weak strata,the anti-flow around measures of wall joint are the key to enhance the overall stiffness and anti-seepage performance of the underground diaphragm wall and improve the construction quality of the wall.Based on the project of Lüdao Lake Middle Station of Foshan Metro,a new type of anti-flow around water sac technology is proposed on the basis of traditional anti-flow around measures.The water sac is used to fill the interior of the I-shaped steel web,block the concrete circulation channel,and provide temporary support for the soft soil layer.Compared with the traditional anti-flow around measures,the pouring rate of underground diaphragm wall with anti-flow around water sac technology is significantly improved,and the construction quality and overall waterproof performance of I-steel joints of underground diaphragm wall are significantly improved.
