考虑电动汽车负荷聚合的虚拟电厂参与需求响应调度研究

摘要 电动汽车具有节能减排、绿色环保等优势,但大量电动汽车无序充电会对电网造成不利影响。为了促进风光消纳,减小电动汽车对电网的不利因素,需要建立环保、低碳、稳定和高效的调度目标。首先对虚拟电厂各部分进行建模,其次分析电动汽车复合聚合特性,建立考虑电动汽车负荷聚合的虚拟电厂双层优化模型,并进行算例分析。结果表明考虑电动汽车负荷聚合参与需求响应调度,既满足了电动汽车用户用电需求,又降低了电动汽车峰时段集中入网充电负荷对虚拟电厂造成的影响,提高虚拟电厂运行的经济性与稳定性。
