输电检修作业驻塔式自主伸缩接地线系统设计

摘要 提出了一套适用于输电检修作业驻塔式自主伸缩接地线的智能管理、监控接地线挂接状态全面解决方案。首先,分析了现阶段输电线路接地线作业的不足,提出了驻塔式接地线设计的必要性;然后设计了自主伸缩接地装置结构,说明了装置的功能模块,介绍了接地线工作流程,并针对性能指标进行了分析;接着设计了驻塔式接地线操作系统,详细论述了控制单元、执行单元、感知单元和安全防护单元的具体原理;最后针对实际工程线路进行仿真测试,对比分析了所提出系统的有效性。 The paper presents a comprehensive solution for intelligent management and monitoring of towermounted autonomous retractable grounding systems designed for transmission line maintenance operations.Firstly,it analyzes the shortcomings of the current grounding operations for transmission lines and proposes the necessity of tower-mounted grounding system design.The paper then designs the structure of the autonomous retractable grounding device,details the device’s functional modules,analyzes the grounding line operation process,and conducts performance index analysis.An operating system for the tower-mounted grounding line is designed,providing a detailed discussion of the specific principles of the control unit,execution unit,perception unit,and safety protection unit.Simulation tests are performed on actual engineering lines to comparatively analyze the effectiveness of the proposed system.
