摘要
风电联网比例逐年提高,然而传统风电机组不具备双向调频的能力,仅靠系统中火电机组调节系统的供需关系已经无法满足频率质量要求,风电机组参与调频成为一种有效的频率调节手段。在分析双馈风力发电机频率双向调节的基础上,考虑系统运行状态整定了惯性系数和下垂系数。提出了变系数调频控制策略,采用粒子群算法优化了风电机组参与调频的减载率。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制策略和减载率优化方法,在频率质量和经济上都具有明显的优势。
The proportion of wind power integrating into the grid is increasing year by year,but the traditional wind turbines do not have the ability of bidirectional frequency regulation.Only by the thermal power unit in the system to regulate the supply and demand relationship of the system has been unable to meet the requirements of the frequency quality,so the participation of wind turbines in frequency regulation has become an effective means of frequency regulation.Based on the analysis of bidirectional frequency regulation of doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG),the inertia coefficient and droop coefficient are adjusted by considering the operating state of the system.A variable coefficient frequency regulation control strategy is proposed,and the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to optimize the load shedding ratio of the frequency regulation.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy and load shedding optimization method have obvious advantages in both frequency quality and economy.
