摘要
随着整体生产力的进步,新质生产力的发展逐渐成为经济发展新的增长极。新质生产力本身也是绿色生产力。绿色发展与新质生产力融合发展推动着我国经济发展方式转变、经济结构持续优化、增长动能加速转换。本文运用马克思主义和中国特色社会主义政治经济学的分析范式,明晰新质生产力与绿色发展的辩证关系,梳理两者融合发展的理论内涵和实践路径。结论发现,这对于调整经济发展方式,满足人民美好生活需要,实现经济绿色高质量发展具有重要意义。新质生产力与绿色发展融合形成的绿色新质生产力也推动着与生产力发展相适应的新型生产关系的构建,进而反作用于生产力,畅通绿色发展与新质生产力融合发展的实践路径,从体制机制创新和人才培养发力推动整体经济转型升级。
As overall productivity advances,the development of new qualitative productivity has gradually emerged as a new growth pole for economic development.New qualitative productivity itself constitutes green productivity.The integration of green development and new qualitative productivity drives the transformation of China’s economic development mode,the continuous optimization of economic structure,and also the accelerated conversion of growth momentum.This paper applies the analytical paradigm of Marxist political economy and socialism with Chinese characteristics.It clarifies the dialectical relationship between new qualitative productivity and green development,and delineates the theoretical connotations and practical paths of their integrated development.The result shows that it is of paramount significance for adjusting the economic development mode,meeting the people’s demand for a better life,and achieving high-quality green economic development.The integration of new qualitative productivity and green development forms green new qualitative productivity,which also promotes the construction of new production relations adapted to the development of productivity.This,in turn,influences productivity,facilitating the smooth integration of green development and new qualitative productivity in practical paths,and propelling overall economic transformation and upgrading through institutional mechanism.
