小脑在事件相关电位工作任务中的作用

摘要 目的分析小脑在事件相关电位工作任务中的作用。方法收集2016年至2020年在开滦总医院参与健康体检的110名志愿者参与完成工作任务范式。应用64导脑电信号采集分析系统,用于采集与预处理事件相关电位。应用Curry7软件进行脑电源分析。结果脑电源分析生成两个移动偶极子,分别命名为P3Ⅰ和P3Ⅱ。最佳偶极子出现在左额下回皮层下部和左额中回。移动偶极子P3Ⅰ呈现激活脑区25次,大脑脑区17次,小脑脑区8次;左侧大脑激活16次,左颞下回9次、左颞上回1次;左侧小脑脑区共激活6次,其中左侧小脑扁桃体5次,左小脑下半月小叶1次;右小脑扁桃体和右小脑下半月小叶各1次。移动偶极子P3bⅡ呈现激活脑区46次,大脑脑区33次,小脑脑区13次;左侧大脑脑区激活16次,左颞上回和下回各2次,左颞中回1次;左侧额下回和中回各2次;右侧大脑脑区激活17次,右舌回和枕下回各5次;左侧小脑5次,左小脑扁桃体、左小脑山顶各2次,左小脑蚓锥体1次;右侧小脑激活8次,右侧小脑扁桃体5次,右侧小脑下半月小叶3次。结论小脑参与了视觉工作记忆认知加工过程,其中小脑后叶是视觉工作记忆认知加工的重要枢纽,承担着重要作用。 Objective To analyze the role of cerebellum in event-related potential task.Methods A total of 110 volunteers who participated in health examinations at Kailuan General Hospital from 2016 to 2020 participated in completing work task paradigms.A 64 channel EEG signal acquisition and analysis system is used to acquisition and pre-processing of event-related potentials.Curry7 software was utilized for brain electrical source analysis.Results Brain electrical source analysis generated two moving dipoles,named P3Ⅰand P3Ⅱrespectively.The best dipoles were found in the lower left inferior frontal gyrus cortex and the left middle frontal gyrus.The moving dipole P3Ⅰrepresented activated brain areas a total of 25 times,the cerebrum was activated 17 times and the cerebellum was activated 8 times.The left side of the brain was activated 16 times,the left inferior temporal gyrus 9 times,and the left superior temporal gyrus 1 time.The left cerebellar brain region was activated 6 times,including 5 times in the left cerebellar tonsils and 1 time in the left inferior cerebellar lobe.The right cerebellar tonsils and the right inferior cerebellar lobe were each activated 1 time.Moving dipole P3bⅡshowed 46 times activations in brain regions,33 times in cerebral brain regions,and 13 times in cerebellar brain regions.Left cerebral area was activated 16 times,2 times each in the left superior and inferior temporal gyrus,and 1 time in the left middle temporal gyrus.The left inferior frontal gyrus and the left middle frontal gyrus were each activated 2 times.The right cerebral area was activated 17 times,and the right lingual gyrus and suboccipital gyrus were activated 5 times each.The left cerebellum was activated 5 times,the left cerebellar tonsils and the left cerebellar summit were activated 2 times each,and the left cerebellar earth cone was activated 1 time.The right cerebellum was activated 8 times,the right cerebellar tonsils 5 times,and the right lower semilunar lobules 3 times.Conclusion The cerebellum has an important role in the cognitive processing of visual working memory,especially in the posterior cerebellar lobes.
