摘要
研究了钢纤维的体积掺量(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%)对聚合物水泥砂浆力学性能和韧性的影响,并进行了性价比评价。结果表明:随着钢纤维掺量的增加,试件的7 d和28 d抗折、抗压强度基本均呈先增大后减小的趋势,最佳掺量为1.5%,此时,试件的韧性得到显著提升,性价比也达到最高。
The effects of the volume content of steel fibers(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%)on the mechanical properties and toughness of polymer cement mortar were studied,and the cost performance evaluation was conducted.The results show that with the increase of steel fiber content,the flexural and compressive strength of the specimens at 7 d and 28 d basically show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the optimal content is 1.5%.Besides,the toughness of the specimens is significantly improved,and the cost performance is also the highest.
