基于VERICUT的大型离心式压缩机壳体数控加工技术仿真研究

摘要 大型离心式压缩机壳体结构复杂、尺寸较大,一般采用大型龙门铣床加工,其加工难度大、加工效率低,且加工过程中极易出现超程、碰撞、干涉等问题,在数控加工过程中无法人为判断加工程序的正确性。因此需对大型离心机机壳壳体加工技术进行仿真研究,保证加工能够正常进行。研究对象为140万t级离心压缩机机壳和POWERTEC 7000 AG龙门铣床,采用SolidWorks软件建立某型号离心压缩机下壳体的三维模型,利用NX数控加工模块规划刀路再进行后置处理生成数控程序。通过VERICUT软件搭建龙门铣数控加工中心,验证程序正确性和仿真加工过程,消除了加工过程中的超程、碰撞、干涉等问题。最后在公司车间进行实际加工,将模拟与实际加工出的成品相比较,结果符合各项加工指标,进一步验证了虚拟仿真模型和数控程序的正确性。 The casing structure of large centrifugal compressors is complex and of considerable size.It is usually processed using large gantry milling machines.The processing of such casings presents challenges in terms of difficulty and low efficiency.Issues such as over-travel,collisions,and interferences are prone to occur during the machining process.Moreover,it is impossible to manually judge the correctness of the machining program during CNC machining.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct simulation research on the machining technology of large centrifugal compressor casings to ensure smooth and normal processing.This study focuses on the casing of a 1.4 Mt centrifugal compressor and the POWERTEC 7000 AG gantry milling machine.The three-dimensional model of a specific model of centrifugal compressor lower casing is created using SolidWorks software.The NX CNC machining module is utilized to plan tool paths and generate CNC programs through post-processing.The VERICUT software is used to set up the gantry milling CNC machining center,verify the correctness of the program,and simulate the machining process,thereby eliminating issues such as over-travel,collisions,and interferences during the machining process.Finally,actual machining is performed in the company workshop,and the simulated and actual finished products are compared.The results meet various machining specifications,further confirming the correctness of the virtual simulation model and CNC program.
