摘要
为了解决电力行业功率印制电路板(PCBA)运行中的高温升问题,更好地适应高频振动、高盐碱度和高灰尘等复杂环境。通过设计气味筛选、耐压测试、温升测试、温度循环、中性盐雾、恒定湿热、耐热冲击和振动测试等试验方案,使用气候模拟试验箱、电动振动试验平台、盐雾试验箱、冷热冲击箱及耐压仪等设备开展了一系列试验分析,对不同导热率的有机硅灌封胶进行选型分析。进一步开展滴三防漆极端试验、PCBA清洗及固化环境试验,分析含有丙烯酸酯成分的三防漆对灌封胶固化的影响,优选出高、中两款导热率的有机硅灌封胶。最后进行系统性运行试验,验证PCBA三防后对散热性能的影响,并优化功率PCB板结构,提升散热效果。导热灌封胶不仅解决了电力功率PCBA因温升过高导致故障的问题,还提高了抗振动性及防护性,也提升了产品整体品质,增强了企业的市场竞争力。
In order to solve the problem of high temperature rise of power PCBA in power industry,it is better to adapt to the complex environment of high frequency vibration,high salinity and high dust.By designing odor screening,pressure test,temperature rise test,temperature cycle,neutral salt spray,constant heat and humidity,heat shock and vibration test programs,a series of tests and analyses are carried out on the climate simulation test box,the electric vibration test platform,the salt spray test box,the hot and cold shock box and the pressure-resistant instrument,etc.,the type selection of silicone pouring sealant with different thermal conductivity is analyzed.To further carry out the extreme test of the three-point paint,the environmental test of PCBA cleaning and curing,and to analyse the effect of the three-point paint containing acrylate on the curing of potting sealants,two kinds of silicone sealants with high and medium thermal conductivity are selected.Finally,the systematic running test is carried out to verify the effect of PCBA three-guard on the heat dissipation performance,and optimize the power PCB board structure to enhance the heat dissipation effect.Thermal conductive pouring sealant not only solves the problem of power PCBA failure caused by high temperature rise,but also improves the anti-vibration and protection,and improves the overall quality of products,and enhances the market competitiveness of enterprises.
