船舶风翼液压系统小角度回转控制策略研究

摘要 为了优化风翼回转液压系统在小角度转动时的控制策略,选用一种升力系数较大的多段翼风翼,根据风翼模型风洞实验数据得出风翼气动特性曲线。基于实验数据设计目标船风翼回转液压驱动系统,建立AMESim仿真模型并在液压实验台中验证其正确性。围绕船舶风翼小角度转动的需求,确定正弦启动和制动控制信号,进而确定风翼小角度转动时液压驱动系统启动和制动最佳控制策略。结果表明:风翼回转液压驱动系统启动和制动采用正弦控制信号,且启动和制动时间为2~3 s时系统压力波动较小,有利于液压系统的稳定运行。 In order to optimize the control strategy of the wing-sailed slewing hydraulic system during small angle rotation,a multi-stage wing-sail with large lift coefficient was selected,and the aerodynamic characteristic curves of the wing-sail were obtained accord-ing to the wind tunnel experimental data of the wing-sailed model.The wing-sailed slewing hydraulic system of the target ship was de-signed based on experimental data,and the AMESim simulation model of hydraulic system was established,the correctness of the AMESim simulation model was verified in the hydraulic experimental station.Based on the small angle rotation of ships wing-sail,the starting and braking control signals were determined,and then the optimal control strategy of starting and braking of hydraulic system was obtained.The results indicate that the hydraulic system adopts a sine control signal for starting and braking,and the system pressure fluctuation is small when the starting and braking time is 2 s to 3 s,which is conducive to the stable operation of the hydraulic system.
