摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)作为一种极具潜力的电化学装置,具有广泛的应用前景,但有效的水管理方法还需探索。不合适的水负荷会引起各种问题,包括材料的降解和反应物传质受限等,损害电池的长期耐用性。在气体扩散层(GDL)中引入微孔层(MPL)是改善水管理能力和性能的有效方式。本文综述了以碳纸为大孔底物,近年来MPL结构和材料设计方面的研究进展,展望MPL的未来研究方向,对开展提高电池性能的研究具有重要意义。
As a potential electrochemical device,proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)has a wide range of applications,of which the effective water management method needs further exploration.Inappropriate water loading can cause many problems,including degrada‐tion of materials and limition of mass transfer of the reactants,thereby compromising the long-term durability of PEMFC.The introduction of the microporous layer(MPL)on the gas diffusion layer(GDL)was proved to be an effective way to improve water management capabilities and performance.The recent research progress of MPL in terms of structure and materials design using carbon paper as the macroporous sub‐strate layer was reviewed in this paper,and future research direction of MPL was prospected,which was of great significance for study on im‐proving PEMFC performance.
