摘要
疫情期间菲律宾中文教学遭遇困难和挑战包括:ICT系统不发达、网络不稳定、经济停滞引发的学生家庭困难、中文教师信息技术水平不高、缺少电子设备等。针对菲律宾线上中文教学痛点,应提升我国国际中文教育精准服务能力,可从四方面提供帮助:第一,加强菲律宾国际中文线上教学危机管理;第二,搭建中菲线上中文教学合作平台;第三,提升本土中文教师信息素养能力;第四,开发适用手机的中文学习小程序。
During the pandemic,Chinese language teaching in the Philippines faced such difficulties and challenges as unstable network caused by underdeveloped ICT systems,family financial difficulty due to economic stagnation,the low level of information technology proficiency of local Chinese teachers,lack of electronic devices and so on.In response to the problems,China should enhance her ability to provide precise services for international Chinese education and take the following countermeasures:strengthening the crisis management in online Chinese teaching in the Philippines;building network cooperation platform for Chinese language teaching between China and the Philippines;improving the information literacy and ability of local Chinese teachers;and developing Chinese learning appsfit for mobile phones.
