交联剂对PPC-P/PBS和PPC-P/PBAT性能的影响

摘要 聚酯-聚碳酸酯共聚物(PPC-P)作为一种新兴材料,具有良好的发展前景,但目前对其的研究较少,因此选用PPC-P脆性材料进行性能优化,希望拓展材料的应用市场。将PPC-P与不同比例的聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)和聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)进行共混后确定最佳共混比,后添加过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)进行改性。考察了PPC-P/PBS/DCP和PPC-P/PBAT/DCP共混物的冲击断面形貌、流变性能、力学性能和热性能。结果表明,PPC-P/PBS和PPC-P/PBAT最佳共混比选定为80/20,拉伸强度分别为36.9 MPa和35.4 MPa,断裂伸长率分别为117%和144%。差示扫描量热分析仪数据中两个玻璃化转变温度互相靠近,两种聚合物之间产生了增容作用。DCP加入后,PPC-P/PBAT和PPC-P/PBS复合材料的拉伸强度均有提高,PPC-P/PBAT复合材料复数黏度随DCP含量增大上升幅度较小,有利于加工应用。红外光谱图中1160 cm^(-1)和1050 cm−1处的C—O—C不对称和对称弯曲振动峰变弱,验证PPC-P分子链中的β碳发生交联。综上所述,PPC-P/PBS/DCP复合材料综合力学性能更佳,适合玩具模型的生产制造;PPC-P/PBAT/DCP复合材料加工黏度更低,有利于在吹膜包装领域的应用。 Polyester-polycarbonate copolymer(PPC-P),as a new material,has a good development prospect,but there is little research on it at present.Therefore,PPC-P brittle material was selected for performance optimization,hoping to expand the application market of the material.PPC-P was blended with different proportions of polybutylene succinate(PBS)and polybutylene terephthalate adipate(PBAT)to determine the optimal blending ratio,and then modified by adding diisopropylbenzene peroxide(DCP).The impact section morphology,rheological properties,mechanical and thermal properties of PPC-P/PBS/DCP and PPC-P/PBAT/DCP blends were investigated.The results show that the optimum blending ratio of PPC-P/PBS and PPC-P/PBAT is 80/20,the tensile strength is 36.9 MPa and 35.4 MPa,and the tensile elongation at break is 117%and 144%,respectively.The two glass transition temperatures in differential scanning calorimetry data are close to each other,and there is a compatibilizing effect between the two polymers.After addition of DCP,the tensile strength of PPC-P/PBAT and PPC-P/PBS composites can be improved,and the complex viscosity of PPC-P/PBAT composites increases slightly with the increase of DCP content,which is conducive to processing and application.C—O—C asymmetry and symmetric bending vibration peaks at 1160 cm^(-1)and 1050 cm^(-1)in the infrared spectra are weakened,which verified the cross-linking ofβ-carbon in the PPC-P molecular chain.In summary,PPC-P/PBS/DCP composite material has better comprehensive mechanical properties and is suitable for the production of toy models.PPC-P/PBAT/DCP composite materials have lower processing viscosity,which is conducive to the application in the field of blown film packaging.
