基于正交分析的含缺陷连续管冲蚀磨损研究

摘要 含缺陷连续管在继续使用中易造成其冲蚀磨损加剧,因此结合实际工况建立了含缺陷连续管的冲蚀磨损数值模型,并借助已有实验数据对构建模型进行验证。为深入研究缺陷参数对连续管冲蚀磨损的显著性影响,将正交试验方法引入连续管冲蚀磨损研究分析中。研究表明:当连续管内壁轻微缺陷个数较多但分布不集中时,此类缺陷对连续管的正常使用影响较小;当连续管内壁轻微缺陷个数较多且分布较为集中时,易形成连片缺陷,此类缺陷对多连续管的冲蚀磨损加剧有重大影响;当连续管内壁轻微缺陷个数较少但缺陷较长或较深时,此类缺陷易造成连续管局部冲蚀磨损加剧。 The erosion wear of coiled tubing(CT)with defects is easy to aggravate in continuous use.Therefore,combined with the actual working conditions,the erosion wear numerical model of CT with defects is established,and the model is verified with the help of the existing experimental data.In order to deeply study the significant effect of defect parameters on the erosion wear of CT,the orthogonal test method was introduced into the research and analysis of erosion wear of CT.The results show that when the number of minor defects on the inner wall of CT is large,but the distribution is not concentrated,such defects have little impact on the normal use of continuous pipe.When the number of minor defects on the inner wall of CT is large and concentrated,and it is easy to form continuous defects,most of these defects have a significant impact on the intensification of erosion and wear of CT.When the number of minor defects on the inner wall of CT is small,but the defects are long or deep,such defects are easy to aggravate the local erosion and wear of CT.
