基于网络文本分析的历史文化街区游憩满意度研究——以苏州山塘街为例

Research on the Recreation Satisfaction of Historic and Cultural Districts Based on Web Reviews Analysis:A Case Study of Shantang District in Suzhou

当前城市空间发展愈加注重探索人本理念、关注人群感知与交互式的深度体验方式。满意度评价作为反馈真实需求信息与空间体验效果的重要研究方法,对历史文化街区空间更新具有指导意义。借助媒介技术的进步和催化,网络文本成为公众及时反馈的媒介,是街区空间品质提升的重要参考。研究基于非介入式数据,以苏州山塘街为实证对象,以爬虫技术和文本分析为工具,对国内主流点评网站的评论数据进行词频、语义与情感维度的量化分析;结合扎根理论对网络文本内容逐层编码,构建历史文化街区空间的游憩满意度评价体系,展开各空间要素的重要性—表现性评价和分析,以提出针对性的更新优化策略,为当前历史文化街区的研究提供一种更具可信度的实证方法与新思路。

With the development of urban space,more attention has been paid to humanistic concept,people's perception and deep interactive experience.Satisfaction evaluation,a vital research approach which provides feedback on the real demand and experience of space,plays a role in guiding the space regeneration of historic districts.Facilitated by the advances in media technology,web reviews have become a medium for timely public feedback and an essential reference for the quality improvement of districts.The research takes Shantang District in Suzhou as the empirical object by means of a non-interventional data approach,using crawler technology and web reviews analysis as the tools to analyze the data of domestic mainstream review websites in terms of word frequency,semantic and sentiment dimensions.Then,combined with the Grounded Theory to encode web reviews by layer,it constructs an evaluation of recreation satisfaction of historic and cultural districts,and carries out the importance-performance analysis of each spatial element,with the aim to propose specific regeneration and optimization strategies to provide a more credible empirical method and a new idea for the current research on historic and cultural districts.
