摘要
聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVF)泡沫是以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,在酸性条件下,与醛类反应制备的一类可在自然条件下降解的高分子材料,具有良好的染色性、力学性能、耐溶剂性能以及吸水性和保水能力,在生物载体、消声材料、功能医药等领域具有广泛的应用。对PVF泡沫制备的工艺过程、工艺控制和发泡成型方法进行了详细的介绍,并对其发展提出了展望。
Polyvinyl formal(PVF)foam is a kind of polymer material that can be degraded under natural conditions,which is prepared from polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)under acidic conditions by reacting with aldehydes.It has good dyeing,mechanical properties,solvent resistance,water absorption and water retention,and is widely used in the fields of biological carriers,noise elimination materials,functional medicine,etc.In this paper,the preparation process,process control and foaming molding method of PVF foam are introduced in detail,and its development prospect is put forward.
