介绍陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司延安石油化工厂2万t/a废酸再生(SAR)装置是25万t/a烷基化装置的重要组成部分,自2019年首次开工运行至今,运行过程中先后出现了工艺管道、膨胀节及熔盐换热器的腐蚀泄漏,反应器压降过大等诸多问题,严重影响了装置平稳长周期运行。着重分析问题原因,通过材料升级、优化操作及改进催化剂的分布等对症下药,依次解决各个问题。如此,装置的平稳运行周期相比开车初期大大加长,不仅保证了装置长周期运行的目标,而且确保了烷基化油的稳定市场供给。
