摘要
随着现代工业的快速发展,两种以上溶液的混合反应,只有在两溶液混合均匀,才能够加快溶液的反应速度,混合溶液能完全反应生成新的物质,乳化泵采用高速切线流理论设计,乳化泵多齿定子与叶轮转子的间隙很小,其相对间隙在0.3 mm左右,高速旋转的叶轮转子在叶轮内中心产生压力很低的负压区,溶液从乳化泵进口进入叶轮中心区,溶液从叶轮进口到叶轮出口绕定轴产生的动量距等于叶片对溶液做的功,溶液沿切线方向高速流动,同时在叶轮内絮流流动,在叶轮内产生无数大小不等的漩涡,溶液能够混合均匀;沿切线高速流动的溶液在离开叶轮时高速进入带有多齿的定子,与定子高速碰撞,剪切,挤压,使混合溶液均质乳化。乳化泵内高压流体产生的空穴效应,对处理软性,半软性的颗粒状物料比较合适,研究发现对于纤维性的产品粉碎最有效的是剪切,研磨,单级多齿乳化泵能对物料剪切,研磨,处理含纤维较多,容易出现稀奶油的物料,能乳化处理软性体颗粒,纤维类物料,多相物料的混合。通过对混合液的乳化输送研究分析,设计了一种剪切叶轮,结构简单,维修方便,无泄漏,输送易燃易爆有害有毒介质的屏蔽乳化泵。
With the rapid development of modern industry,the mixing reaction of two or more solutions can only accelerate the reaction speed of the solution when the two solutions are mixed evenly.The mixed solution can fully react to generate new substances.The emulsification pump adopts the high-speed tangent flow theory design,and the clearance between the multi toothed stator and the impeller rotor of the emulsification pump is very small,with a relative clearance of about 0.3mm.The high-speed rotating impeller rotor generates a low pressure negative pressure zone in the center of the impeller.The solution enters the center of the impeller from the inlet of the emulsification pump,and the momentum distance generated by the solution from the impeller inlet to the impeller outlet around the fixed axis is equal to the work done by the blade on the solution.The solution flows at high speed along the tangent direction,while the flocculent flow inside the impeller generates countless vortices of varying sizes.The solution can Mix evenly;The solution flowing at high speed along the tangent line enters the stator with multiple teeth at high speed when leaving the impeller,colliding,shearing,and squeezing with the stator at high speed to homogenize and emulsify the mixed solution.The cavitation effect generated by high-pressure fluid in the emulsification pump is suitable for handling soft and semi soft granular materials.Research has found that the most effective way to crush fibrous products is through shearing,grinding,and single stage multi tooth emulsification pump can shear,grind,and treat materials with more fibers and are prone to cream.It can also emulsify and treat the mixture of soft particles,fibrous materials,and multiphase materials.By studying and analyzing the emulsification transportation of mixed liquids,a shielded emulsification pump with a simple structure,convenient maintenance,no leakage,and capable of transporting flammable,explosive,harmful and toxic media was designed.
