天然气场站智能锁定管理

摘要 在第四次工业革命的背景下,中国正积极推动人工智能制造等新兴技术的发展,以跟上全球技术进步的步伐。然而,传统的能量隔离锁具硬件配置由于数量庞杂,使用环境复杂,样式众多,管理时需精心分门别类,费时费力使用并不广泛,并且随着自控系统的磅礴发展,制程管理系统、ESD系统、PLC系统等纷至沓来,各种各样的APP的大量应用,造成锁定管理在自动控制领域出现真空地带。因此,针对天然气场站管理中存在的智能锁定管理问题,提出了一种智能锁定管理系统[1]。概述了天然气场站管理的基本情况,指出了传统管理方法存在的问题。随后,详细阐述了智能锁定管理系统的关键技术,包括锁定装置、数据采集与传输、智能控制等。随后,提出了智能锁定管理系统的实现方案,包括硬件设计和软件开发。接着,通过实际应用案例和效果分析,验证了该系统的可行性和效果。对智能锁定管理系统进行了优化和展望,指出了系统的不足之处和未来的改进方向。本研究为天然气场站管理提供了一种新的解决方案,具有一定的实际应用和推广价值。 In the context of the fourth industrial revolution,China is actively promoting the development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence manufacturing to keep up with the pace of global technological progress.However,due to the large number of traditional energy isolation lock hardware configuration,complex use environment,many styles,and the need to carefully classify during management,it is time-consuming and laborintensive to use not widely,and with the development of automatic control system,process management system,ESD system,PLC system and so on are coming,and a large number of APPs are applied,which causes a vacuum in the field of automatic control.Therefore,aiming at the intelligent lock management problems existing in the management of natural gas stations,this paper proposes an intelligent lock management system.It outlines the basic situation of natural gas station management and points out the problems with traditional management methods.It then elaborates on the key technologies of the intelligent lock management system,including locking devices,data collection and transmission,and intelligent control.The paper also presents the implementation plan for the intelligent lock management system,including hardware design and software development.Furthermore,the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified through practical application cases and effect analysis.The paper also discusses the optimization and development prospects of the intelligent lock management system,highlighting the shortcomings of the system and future improvement directions.This study provides a new solution for natural gas station management,with practical application and promotional value.
