手术治疗的结直肠癌患者实施快速康复理念干预的临床研究分析

Clinical Study Analysis of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept Intervention for Colorectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Surgical Treatment

目的比较结直肠癌患者手术治疗期间采取快速康复外科理念进行护理干预的临床探究。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月就诊于厦门大学附属中山医院的80例结直肠癌患者,依据随机分组方式将患者分成两组,每组各40例,研究组应用快速康复外科理念护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组术后恢复情况,随访结直肠癌患者癌痛程度、术后并发症发生率。结果研究组护理后的首次进流质食物,首次排气、排便时间均低于对照组,统计结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05);护理后研究组癌痛程度低于对照组,统计结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组下肢静脉血栓1例(2.50%),低于对照组[4例(10.00%)],研究组并发症总发生率1例(2.50%),低于对照组[10例(25.00%)],统计结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对结直肠癌患者实施快速康复外科理念,有利于缩短首次肛门排气、排便时间,改善癌痛程度,降低并发症的发生率,可为提高结直肠癌患者护理效果提供参考。

Objective To clinically explore the effect of nursing intervention with fast-track surgery principles on patients with colorectal cancer during surgical treatment.Methods 80 patients with colorectal cancer were selected from the Department of General Surgery of our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The study group applied the nursing with fast-track surgery principles while the control group applied routine nursing.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.The degree of cancer pain and the incidence of postoperative complications were followed up.Results The time taken for first intake of liquid food,first exhaust,and first bowel movements after nursing care in the research group was significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The degree of cancer pain in the post nursing study group was lower than that in the control group,and the statistical results showed a significant difference(P<0.05);One case of lower limb venous thrombosis(2.50%)in the study group was lower than the four cases(10.00%).The total incidence of complications in the study group of one case(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group of ten cases(25.00%),and the statistical results showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The fast-track surgery principles nursing for patients with colorectal cancer is beneficial for shortening the time of first anal discharge and defecation,improving the degree of cancer pain,and reducing the incidence of complications.It can provide reference for improving the nursing effect of colorectal cancer patients.
