中西医结合护理对老年慢性支气管炎预后效果的研究

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的分析对老年慢性支气管炎患者提供中西医结合护理的临床有效性。方法回顾性分析2023年1月至2023年12月就诊于本院内科的老年慢性支气管炎患者,共计80例,根据患者入院顺序的不同,将其划分成研究组(40例)、对照组(40例)。对照组采取常规护理服务,研究组在常规护理服务基础上提供中医护理干预。比较两组研究对象止咳、肺部啰音消失、平喘及发热停止时间;比较两组患者临床症状消失与住院时间。结果研究组肺部啰音消失、平喘、发热消退和止咳时间均比对照组短,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组喘息消失时间、咳痰咳嗽消失时间以及住院时间均比对照组患者短,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理有助于提升患者治疗效果与生活质量,加快患者症状消失,值得在老年慢性支气管炎护理工作中广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of providing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis who visited the internal medicine department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the study group(40 patients)and the control group(40 patients).The control group received routine nursing services,while the study group was provided traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing services.We compared the time of cough relief,disappearance of rales,relief of asthma,and cessation of fever between two groups of study subjects.Also,we compared the time for the disappearance of clinical symptoms and the length of hospital stay between two groups of patients.results The disappearance of lung rales,asthma relief,fever resolution,and cough relief time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of wheezing,sputum,and cough and the time of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can help to improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,and is worthy of wide application in the nursing work of elderly chronic bronchitis.
