高职院校专职组织员的工作现状及对策思考--以某职业技术学院为例

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Full-time Organizers in Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking a Certain Vocational and Technical College as an Example

高职院校专职组织员在基层党组织建设和思想政治教育中扮演着重要角色。现阶段存在着岗位身份缺乏认同、履职效果不显著、队伍建设推动乏力等方面的问题。应从明确岗位职责、加强学习交流、完善激励评价等方面努力,不断提升组织员队伍整体水平,更好适应新时代高职院校党建工作新要求。

The full-time organizers of vocational colleges play an important role in the construction of grass-root Party organizations and ideological and political education.At present,there exist such problems as lack of recognition of post identity,insignificant performance in work,and weak team construction,etc.Efforts should be made in the aspects of clarifying post responsibilities,strengthening learning and communication,and improving incentive evaluation to continuously promote the overall level of the organizer team and better adapt to the new requirements of Party building work in vocational colleges in the new era.
