红岛国际会展中心登录大厅钢结构屋盖设计

摘要 本文介绍了青岛红岛国际会展中心登录大厅的钢结构屋盖设计情况,分析了其结构体系的设计特点,结构主桁架采用立体桁架体系,每榀桁架通过两侧各2个支座与下部型钢混凝土柱相连,桁架下弦呈抛物线形,整体为两支座处高跨中高度小的轻盈结构形态。阐述了钢结构屋盖的荷载取值,并重点介绍了风荷载的取值情况。建立了钢结构屋盖与下部混凝土结构的整体模型,计算给出了结构主要振型。复核了钢结构屋盖的挠度和杆件应力比,同时验算了受拉支座型钢混凝土柱的名义拉应力。采用ABAQUS和ANSYS有限元软件分别对钢结构屋盖铸钢节点和圆钢管相贯节点进行有限元分析,结果表明铸钢节点和相贯节点均能满足规范要求。 This paper introduces the steel structural design of entrance hall roof of the Hongdao International Conference and Exhibition Center,and analyzes the design characteristics of its structural system.The main truss of the structure adopts the 3D truss system.Each truss is connected to the lower steel reinforced concrete column through two supports on both sides.The lower chord of the truss is parabolic,and the overall structure is a lightweight structure with high height at the two supports and small height in the middle of the span.The load value of steel structure roof is expounded,and the value of wind load is mainly introduced.The integral model of the roof steel structure and the lower concrete structure is established,the main modes of the structure are calculated.The deflection and member stress ratio of steel structure roof are reviewed.The nominal tensile stress of supports in steel reinforced concrete columns are also checked.ABAQUS and ANSYS finite element software are used to carry out finite element analysis on the cast steel joints and the circular steel pipe intersection joints of the steel structure roof respectively.The results show that the cast steel joints and the intersection joints can meet the code requirements.
