随着世界进入百年未有之大变局,加强中华民族共同体建设,筑牢北疆安全稳定屏障,成为内蒙古建设与发展中的关键内容。中华民族共同体建设中的北疆实践,是一个系统全面的工程,凝聚着历史与当代的智慧。在这个过程中,我们需要围绕北疆与周边区域、与中华文明的相互关系,形成更为翔实、具体的基于人地关系的理解。本文围绕中华民族共同体建设中的北疆实践,从地理、区域和连续性的角度,对北疆文化中的相关议题作了简要的论述。

With the world entering the great changes unseen in a century,strengthening the construction of the Chinese Nation Community and building a security and stability barrier in Northern Borderland has become the key content of the construction and development of Inner Mongolia.The practice of the construction of the Chinese Nation Community in Northern Borderland is a systematic and comprehensive project,which embodies the wisdom of history and contemporary times.In this process,we need to form a more detailed and concrete understanding of the relationship between people and land around the interrelationship between Northern Borderland and its surrounding regions and the whole Chinese Civilization.Based on the practice of Northern Borderland in the construction of the Chinese Nation Community,this paper briefly discusses the relevant issues in the culture of Northern Borderland from the perspective of geography,region and continuity.
