摘要
为响应国家教育发展战略,回应法律人工智能行业需求,高校法学教育亟须作出相应调整,但目前法律人工智能教育仍停留在通识性教育层面,存在课程内容割裂、理论实践相脱节、创新实践机会不足等问题,现有教育模式不适配法律人工智能行业发展。因交叉学科研究以解决实际问题为导向,以跨学科团队合作为重心,以知识融会贯通为重点,在法律人工智能创新教育中能发挥其特有的优势,未来提倡学生参与项目申报,吸纳学生参与项目调研、数据标注、知识整理,参与创新竞赛等创新实践,以学生深入参与科研全过程的形式赋能法律人工智能创新教育改革。
In order to respond to the national education development strategy and the needs of the legal artificial intelligence industry,legal education in colleges and universities urgently needs to make corresponding adjustments,but at present,legal artificial intelligence education still stays at the level of general education,there are problems such as fragmented course content,disconnection between theory and practice,and insufficient opportunities for innovative practice,and the existing education model is not suitable for the development of legal artificial intelligence industry.As interdisciplinary research is oriented to solving practical problems,focusing on interdisciplinary teamwork,and focusing on knowledge integration,it can give play to its unique advantages in legal Al innovation education,and in the future,it is advocated to encourage students to participate in project declaration,absorb students to participate in innovative practice processes such as project research,data annotation,knowledge collation,and innovation competitions,and empower the reform of legal AI innovation education in the form of students in-depth participation in the whole process of scientific research.
