建筑业设计人员的离职倾向研究

Research on the Resignation Tendency of Architectural Design Personnel

摘要 为识别建筑业设计人员离职倾向的关键影响因素、分析影响因素与离职倾向水平之间的关系、探索有效降低离职倾向的对策,针对苏州地区的设计人员进行调查,并对回收的有效问卷进行统计分析。结果表明:(1)“工作的未来发展”和“薪酬”是设计人员离职倾向的关键影响因素。(2)不同性别的设计人员在组织和个人因素两个方面的离职倾向有显著不同,不同学历设计人员的离职倾向在个人、待遇和心理三方面因素均有显著的差异。(3)“给予员工更大的发展空间”和“建立公平的分配机制”是降低离职倾向的主要措施。研究成果有助于设计单位了解影响设计人员离职倾向的关键因素,以采取更有效的措施降低员工的离职率。 In order to identify the key influencing factors of resignation tendency among architectural design personnel,analyze the relationship between influencing factors and the level of resignation tendency,and explore effective strategies to reduce resignation tendency,a survey was conducted among design personnel in Suzhou,and the valid questionnaires collected were statistically analyzed.The results show that:(I)"Future career development"and"compensation"are key influencing factors of resignation tendency among design personnel.(2)Design personnel of different genders have significant differences in resignation tendency in terms of organizational and individual factors,and design personnel with different educational backgrounds have significant differences in resignation tendency in terms of personal,treatment,and psychological factors.(3)"Providing employees with greater development space"and"establishing a fair distribution mechanism"are the main measures to reduce resignation tendency.The research results help design units understand the key factors influencing the resignation tendency of design personnel,in order to take more effective measures to reduce the turnover rate of employees.
