黄柏、土茯苓、败酱草治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染经验--仝小林三味小方撷萃

摘要 人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染发病隐匿,病程缠绵难愈,持续性的感染很可能会造成宫颈癌的发生。中医认为,HPV感染属湿毒之邪,仝小林院士临床上常使用扶正驱邪、利湿解毒的方法进行治疗。在态靶辨治的基础上,应用黄柏、土茯苓、败酱草三味小方为基本方加减,明确病态,精准打靶。针对“湿”态,三药均能清热燥湿,针对毒邪,三药均具有解毒疗疮的作用,黄柏可清下焦热,土茯苓清热解毒,败酱草排脓破血,态靶同调。临床黄柏常用剂量为15~30g,土茯苓常用剂量为30~60g,败酱草常用剂量为15~30g,患者应定期复查HPV,根据病情变化,随症治疗。
