中药调节糖尿病心肌病患者肠道菌群失调机制研究进展

Research progress on mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating intestinal flora imbalance in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy

摘要 糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)作为糖尿病患者最常见的并发症之一,是全球范围内造成糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因,其发病机制复杂且死亡率逐年上升。大量研究表明,肠道菌群及其代谢产物与DCM的发生发展密切相关,有望成为治疗DCM的潜在靶点。基于中药多成分、多靶点、多通路调控疾病的特点,目前已证实其在改善DCM患者预后及生存质量方面显示出独特优势。故通过总结以肠道菌群为靶点的中药治疗DCM的机制与优势,为DCM的基础研究、临床应用及新药研发提供新思路。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM),as one of the most common complications of diabetes,is the leading cause of death in diabetic patients worldwide.Its pathogenesis is complex and the mortality rate is increasing year by year.A large number of studies have shown that intestinal flora and its metabolites are closely related to the occurrence and development of DCM,and intestinal flora is expected to become a potential target for treatment of DCM.Based on the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and multipathway regulation of traditional Chinese medicine,it has been confirmed that it has unique advantages in improving the prognosis and quality of life of DCM patients.Therefore,this article summarizes the mechanism and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine targeting intestinal flora in treatment of DCM,in order to provide new ideas for the basic research,clinical application and new drug development of DCM.
