我国现存有丰富的海疆历史档案,国外相关政府部门、文化机构也产生了部分涉及我国海疆问题的档案文件,从维护国家领海主权的视角,探讨海疆历史档案编研证据链构建问题,对更好地开发历史档案证据,维护国家领海主权完整有现实意义。在领海争端形势日趋严峻的形势下,分析海疆历史档案编研现状,提出档案编研证据链构建问题,从海疆历史档案概念界定、资源特征,及其档案编研证据链构建理论阐释、实现途径与实证研究等维度,解决档案编研产品证据链构建理论、方法与实践问题,可优化档案编研工作,开发多样性海疆历史档案证据性产品,为开展海洋主权意识教育、维护国家领海主权提供档案文化助力。

There are abundant historical archives of maritime frontiers in China,and relevant government departments and cultural institutions abroad have also produced some archives related to the issue of maritime frontiers in China.From the perspective of safeguarding national territorial sea sovereignty,exploring the construction of the evidence chain for the compilation and research of maritime frontiers'historical archives has practical significance for better developing historical archive evidence and maintaining the integrity of national territorial sea sovereignty.In the increasingly severe situation of territorial sea disputes,analyzing the current situation of the compilation and research of historical archives in maritime border areas,proposing the construction of evidence chains for archival compilation and research.From the dimensions of defining the concept of historical archives in maritime border areas,resource characteristics,and the construction of evidence chains for archival compilation and research,theoretical interpretation,implementation methods,and empirical research can be addressed to solve the theoretical,methodological,and practical problems of the construction of evidence chains for archival compilation and research products,which can innovate archival compilation and research work.Develop diverse marine border historical archival evidence products to provide archival and cultural support for conducting education on maritime sovereignty awareness and safeguarding national territorial sea sovereignty.
