数智时代档案学专业人才培养的需求、困境与进路——基于教师视角的调查 被引量:3

Requirements,Difficulties and Approaches to Cultivating Archival Professionalsin the Age of Digital:Intelligence from the Perspective of Teachers

摘要 数字转型、智能升级背景下聚焦档案学专业人才培养关键需求与问题,有助于提高档案人才培养质量,提升档案智力支撑能力。通过文献研究、政策调研和问卷调查,梳理专业教师视角下数智时代档案学专业人才培养的概况、需求与困境,分析人才培养进路。来自全国28所高校的96名档案学专业教师参与调查。调查显示,档案学专业人才培养面临着技术要素融入与数据范式转型、档案资源深度挖掘与开发利用、提炼数智时代特色专业素养的迫切需求,同时需应对学生知识体系滞后于智能化时代趋势、专业能力难胜任档案资源深度开发需求、档案政策法规教育时代关照不足、数智素养基础不牢等现实困境。结合现实,需要从确立德才兼备的数智化档案人才培养目标、建设数据管理与数字人文课程生态、打造多学科背景专业教学团队、推动实践应用导向的项目制教学模式创新等方面着力,探索人才培养进路,促进档案学高等教育的转型升级与档案事业的高质量发展。 In the context of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading,focusing on critical needs and challenges is instrumental in improving the quality of the cultivation of archival professional talents and enhancing the intellectual support capacity.Through literature research,policy analysis,and questionnaire surveys,we have sought to examine the landscape of talent cultivation in archival science in the era of digital intelligence from the perspective of teachers,aiming to delineate potential pathways for talent development.A total of 96 archival science teachers from 28 universities nationwide participated in this survey.The findings highlight the pressing demand for the integration of technological elements and the transformation of data paradigms within the field of archival science.Additionally,they underscore the urgency of deepening the exploration and utilization of archival resources and refining the distinctive professional competencies aligned with the digital intelligence era.Simultaneously,this endeavor must address practical challenges,including archival students'lagging knowledge framework in comparison to the trends of the intelligent era,the challenge of equipping professionals with the abilities needed for the in-depth development of archival resources,the absence of contemporary relevance in policies and regulations education,and a fragile foundation in digital intelligence literacy.In conjunction with the current reality,it is imperative to focus on several key aspects,including establishing clear objectives for cultivating digitally and intellectually adept archival talents who possess both moral integrity and talent,constructing an ecosystem for data management and digital humanities courses,assembling a teaching team with diverse interdisciplinary backgrounds,and innovating a project-based,practical,and application-oriented teaching model.The approaches will facilitate the exploration of pathways for talent cultivation and promote the transformation and upgrading of higher education in archival science,thereby fostering the high-quality development of the archival profession.
