高中阶段学校多样化发展背景下中等职业教育改革思路

Reform ideas for secondary vocational education under the background of diversification of high schools

中等职业教育办学方向正处于极度不明确状态。其形成并非源于自身直接遭遇的困难,而是非教育研究者对当前教育问题的不合理归因。根本原因在于高等职业教育大规模发展后一直没有完成对中等职业教育办学必要性的理论研究。高中阶段教育的多样化属性决定了中等职业教育存在的必要性。从现实情况看,当前我国在以下方面存在着对中等职业教育的需求:(1)初中毕业生学业成绩分化程度;(2)高中阶段学生的就业需求;(3)高等职业教育对职业基础教育的需求;(4)高中阶段教育职普融通改革趋势。在办学模式上,就目前我国现实条件看,举办完全型态的综合高中非常困难。

The direction of secondary vocational education is currently extremely unclear. Its formation does not stem from the difficulties it directly encounters, but from the unreasonable attribution of current educational problems by non-educational researchers. The fundamental reason is that theoretical research on the necessity of secondary vocational education has not been completed after the large-scale development of higher vocational education. The diversification of high school determines the necessity of secondary vocational education. There is a demand for secondary vocational education in China in the following aspects:(1) the degree of academic performance differentiation among junior high school graduates;(2) the employment needs of high school students;(3) the demand for vocational basic education in higher vocational education;(4) the integration of high school and vocational school. In terms of educational mode, considering the current reality in China, it is very difficult to establish a fully formed comprehensive high school.
