普通高中学校新分类发展的缘起、挑战与构想

摘要 党的二十大报告提出高中阶段学校多样化发展,而落实这项战略的主体在普通高中学校。画学校多样化的“样”、树育人个性化的“个”、破办学同质化的“同”,均对普通高中以“层”代“类”的学校固有分类法提出了挑战。学校分类有功能、内容、属性和管理体系等多种维度。“功能+内容”、“优质+特色”的分法构想可以作为破层立类的有益思考。分类不仅要在技术方法上精进,还要在学校本体利益关切、结果与影响评估、政策支持上加以研究,更要从高中格局优化、生态改进、育人方式变革的角度予以考量。 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes the diversified development of high schools, and the main body of implementing this strategy is high schools. Depicting the "samples" of diversified high schools,Establishing the " Individuality " of personalized education, and breaking the homogenization in running school, these are challenge to the division method of "layer" instead of "class". School classification has a variety of dimensions such as function, content,attributes and management system. The division concept of function + content, high quality + characteristics can be used as a useful thinking for breaking layers. Classification should not only be refined in technical methods, but also be researched in terms of school interest concerns, results and impact assessment, policy support, but also be considered overally in situation of high school pattern optimization, ecological improvement, and education method change.
