隐形变异学科培训:样态特征、兴起动因与治理对策

摘要 经过一个阶段的集中治理,大规模、机构化、阵地式的违规校外学科培训已在很大程度上得以清除,基本实现了“双减”政策的预期目标。但同时,调研发现,当前隐形变异学科培训有所抬头,并呈现形式更加隐蔽化、类型更加多元化、主体更加个人化、组织更加严密化、手段更加科技化等特点,对此,本研究分别从社会学、教育学、经济学和管理学多维度分析了隐形变异兴起的动因,并分别从治本、分流、堵漏和协同的角度提出相应对策建议,旨在促进政府监管体系的健全,推动隐形变异学科培训治理的深化,从而更好地推进“双减”工作落地生效。 After a stage of centralized governance,large-scale,institutionalized,and positional discipline private tutoring has been generally eliminated in China,basically achieving the expected goal of the"Dual Alleviation Strategy"policy.But at the same time,the survey found that the current discipline private tutoring of hidden and mutation disciplines presents a new form,and the form is more concealed,the type is more diversified,the subject is more personalized,the organization is more rigorous,and the means are more scientific and technological.In this regard,this study analyzes the causes of the rise of invisible variation from the perspectives of sociology,pedagogy,economics and management,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of root cure,diversion,plugging and coordination,which aims to promote the improvement of the government supervision system,promote the deepening of the training and governance of hidden mutation disciplines,so as to better promote the implementation of the“Dual Alleviation Strategy”policy.
