基于CAE技术汽车连接器正交试验优化分析

摘要 以某品牌汽车连接器为研究对象,将塑件总方向翘曲位移量作为优化目标,对注射成型工艺参数进行整合优化。首先运用科盛CAE软件对连接器塑件进行浇口优化分析、冷却系统优化分析和正交试验设计分析。其次以连接器塑件总方向翘曲位移量最小值为目标,得到塑件的最佳工艺参数。经过优化后得到最小翘曲位移数值0.674mm,与初始方案相比翘曲变形降低了23%。最终获取连接器塑件浇口方案、冷却系统方案和工艺参数方案,提高连接器塑件开发的可行性、品质性能,也提供了正确的方向理论指导。 Taking a certain brand of automotive connectors as the research object,the overall direction warping displacement of plastic parts is taken as the core optimization objective,and the injection molding process parameters are integrated and optimized.Firstly,use Kesheng CAE software to perform gate optimization analysis,cooling system optimization analysis,and orthogonal experimental design analysis on connector plastic parts.Secondly,with the goal of minimizing the total bending displacement of the connector,the optimal process parameters for the plastic part are obtained.After optimization,the minimum warping displacement value is 0.674mm,which reduces warping deformation by 23%compared to the initial plan.The final acquisition of the gating scheme,cooling system scheme,and process parameter scheme for connector plastic parts improves the feasibility and quality performance of connector plastic part development,and also provides correct theoretical guidance.
