通过建立行业产教融通共同体,围绕高质量发展地方相关区域产业,整合行业优质资源,从院校专业布局与产业结构布局基本匹配、教育教学内容与岗位任务高度契合、院校人才培养与企业人才需求精准对接,技术协同创新成果有力支撑产品升级和工艺改进等方面统筹推进,实现区域产业发展人才培养体系构建。最终助力政行企校协同育人模式基本成型,企业核心竞争力显著增强,产业集群国际化水平模式成熟,为其它行业共同体建设提供经验和示范。

Through the establishment of an industry-education integration community,focusing on the high-quality development of local and related regional industries,integrating high-quality resources in the industry,and promoting the construction of a talent training system for regional industrial development from the aspects of basic matching of the professional layout of colleges and universities with the layout of industrial structure,a high degree of compatibility between education and teaching content and job tasks,accurate docking of talent training in colleges and universities and the talent needs of enterprises,and strong support for product upgrading and process improvement of technological collaborative innovation achievements.In the end,it will help the government,industry,enterprise and school collaborative education model to take shape,significantly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and mature the internationalization level model of industrial clusters,providing experience and demonstration for the construction of other industry communities.
