工匠精神融入高职工科专业课课堂文化的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Integrating the Craftsman Spirit into the Classroom Culture of Higher Vocational Engineering Courses

敬业、精益、专注、创新的工匠精神是实现制造强国目标不可或缺的精神,面对当前课堂教学呈现出的“文化衰落”的倾向,将工匠精神融入专业课课堂文化已势在必行。以智能控制技术专业的《智能线数字化设计与仿真》专业核心课为例,从构建工匠精神无处不在的环境、在专业知识中挖掘工匠精神要素、在课堂任务中融入工匠精神、在实训教学中应用工匠精神这四个方面对“工匠精神”融入高职工科专业课课堂文化的路径进行探索与实践。

The craftsman spirit of dedication,lean,focus and innovation is indispensable to achieve the goal of manufacturing power.In the face of the current trend of"cultural decline"in classroom teaching,it is imperative to integrate the craftsman spirit into the classroom culture of professional courses.Taking the core course of"Digital Design and Simulation of Intelligent Line"of intelligent control technology major as an example,this paper expounds the path of integrating"artisan spirit"into the classroom culture of professional courses of higher vocational engineering from four aspects:building an environment where craftsman spirit is ubiquitous,mining the elements of craftsman spirit in professional knowledge,integrating craftsman spirit into classroom tasks,and applying craftsman spirit in practical teaching.
