摘要
深入研究了桥梁工程中常用的伸缩装置类型及其噪声问题。分析了模数式、梳齿板式和无缝式伸缩装置的设计特点、优缺点以及噪声控制挑战。针对传统装置的噪声问题,提出了降噪型伸缩装置的创新解决方案,包括降噪型钢模数式装置和聚氨酯弹性体无缝式装置。还探讨了伸缩装置施工质量控制方法和降噪效果的评估手段。
This paper provides an in-depth study of the types of expansion joints commonly used in bridge engineering and their noise problems.The design features,advantages and disadvantages as well as noise control challenges of modular,comb plate and seamless expansion joints are analyzed.Innovative solutions for noise-reducing expansion joints,including noise-reducing steel modular joints and polyurethane elastomer seamless joints,are proposed to address the noise problems of traditional joints.Construction quality control methods for expansion joints and means of evaluating the noise reduction effect are also discussed.
