摘要
为了提高飞机的性能和安全性,航空工业需要不断创新。而复合加工技术作为一种新兴的技术,在航空结构件制造中得到了广泛的应用。从复合加工技术理论基础出发,简单介绍了航空复杂构件的加工需求,利用基于能量复合的复合加工、基于工艺流程的集成处理复合加工等技术手段对航空结构件进行加工,以期为航空制造业提供更多的选择和发展空间。
In order to improve the performance and safety of aircraft,the aviation industry needs continuous innovation.Composite machining technology,as an emerging technology,has been widely applied in the manufacturing of aviation structural components.The following will start from the theoretical foundation of composite machining technology and briefly introduce the machining requirements of aviation complex components.By using techniques such as energy based composite machining and integrated processing composite machining based on process flow,aviation structural components will be processed,in order to provide more choices and development space for the aviation manufacturing industry.
