摘要
针对日益严苛的船舶废气排放法规,在剖析船舶四冲程柴油机排放控制技术问题的基础上,从抗硫催化材料、燃润料管控、监控诊断反馈等方面提出创新对策。研究表明,高比表面活性组分改性、燃油乳化脱硫、高速高精度传感等技术的集成应用,可显著提升船舶柴油机排放系统的净化效率、耐久性与实时性,为实现超低排放提供有力保障。
In view of the increasingly stringent ship exhaust emission regulations,this paper analyzes the emission control technology problems of ship four-stroke diesel engines,and puts forward innovative countermeasures from the aspects of anti-sulfur catalytic materials,fuel moisturizing material control,monitoring and diagnosis feedback.The research shows that the integrated application of technologies such as high specific surface active component modification,fuel emulsion desulfurization,and high-speed and high-precision sensing can significantly improve the purification efficiency,durability and real-time performance of the marine diesel engine emission system,and provide a strong guarantee for the realization of ultra-low emissions.
