摘要 随着科学技术的持续发展,现代铁矿机电设备在铁矿开采过程中的关键地位日益凸显,若这些设备在操作过程中出现故障,将对铁矿采矿成本和安全产生直接影响,极端情况可能导致重大安全事故。立足于故障诊断技术的核心理念和工作准则,将其与铁矿机电设备的关键问题相结合,阐述了在铁矿机电设备维修过程中如何运用该技术,旨在为实际应用提供参考。 With the continuous development of science and technology,the key position of modern iron ore electromechanical equipment in the process of iron ore mining has become increasingly prominent.If these equipment fails in the operation process,it will have a direct impact on the cost and safety of iron ore mining,and extreme cases may lead to major safety accidents.Based on the core concept and working criteria of fault diagnosis technology,combines it with the key problems of mechanical and electrical equipment in iron mines,and expounds how to apply this technology in the maintenance process of mechanical and electrical equipment in iron mines,aiming at providing reference for practical application.
