The basic principle and the comparison of material characteristics of the bearing carrier are discussed in detail.In particular,the material and structural requirements of the highspeed bearing holder under the centrifugal force,high temperature and dynamic load are emphasized.The example analysis shows how the optimized design enhances the self-lubrication and thermal stability of the holder to improve the performance and reliability of the whole bearing system.It provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design and improvement of the high-speed bearing holder.
