摘要
某型涡扇发动机在使用过程中姿态会出现大角度倾斜,停车后检查轴承腔,发现有滑油泄漏。通过分析发动机轴承腔封严结构,对比滑油系统在水平状态和大倾角状态工作原理,查明故障根本原因是倒飞回油转换活门动作迟滞,对同类故障排查具有指导意义。
The attitude of a turbofan engine will tilt at a wide-inclination during its operation,stop the engine and check the bearing cavity,the lubrication oil leaked.This paper analysis the structure of the bearing cavity sealing,compared the principle of the lubricating oil system in the horizontal state and the wide-inclination state,founded the root cause of the fault is scavenge section selector valve is insensitive,this finding has reference value for similar faults.
