某钼矿矿柱回采方案及采场结构参数优化研究

摘要 某钼矿前期采用留矿法回采,采场内残存了大量的顶柱以及间柱。为避免资源浪费,对矿柱的回采方案进行研究。通过对比各采矿方法的经济技术指标,确定在矿柱上部为矿体的情况下,采用分段充填采矿法回采间柱;在矿柱上部为充填体的条件下,采用预留顶柱的分段充填采矿法回采间柱。建议矿山在上一中段未充填的条件下采用分段凿岩并段充填采矿法回采顶柱。根据选取的采矿方案,通过数值模拟分析,对采场长度以及预留顶柱厚度进行了优化,分析了不同结构参数的采场周边围岩及充填体内的应力和位移分布,确定了采场长度为50 m且预留5 m厚的顶柱较为合理。矿柱回采方案的应用,可为矿山创造约470.52万元的经济效益。 In the early stage of a certain molybdenum mine,the shrinkage mining method was used,and a large number of roof pillars and space pillars remained in the mining area.In order to avoid resource waste,the recovery schemes for the pillars was studied.By comparing the economic and technical indicators of various mining methods,it was ultimately determined that the segmented filling mining method would be used to recover the space pillars when the upper part of the pillar was the ore body,and the segmented filling mining method with reserved top pillars would be used to recover the space pillars when the upper part of the pillar was the filling body.It is recommended that the mine adopt the segmented rock drilling and segmented filling mining method to recover the top pillars when the previous middle section is not filled.Based on the selected mining method,the stope length and the reserved top pillar thickness were optimized by numerical simulation.The stress and displacement distribution of the surrounding rocks and filling body of the mining area with different structural parameters were analyzed,and it was determined that the structural parameters with stope length of 50 m and reserved top pillar thickness of 5 m were more reasonable.The application of the optimized pillar recovery scheme can create approximately 4705200 RMB of economic benefits for the mine.
