摘要
针对传统矿山安全信息化建设过程中存在的安全生产数据共享和流转不畅、系统单一、安全管理模式落后等问题,基于“风险分级管控、清单管理”的理论思想,引入人工智能、大数据等技术,分析研究了矿山全员安全风险管控平台的整体框架,针对某矿的风险和隐患管理、作业过程动态监控、矿山全员安全治理等关键问题进行了分析和研究,风险管控数字化平台可实现全员安全业务全流程覆盖,建立安全业务管理、生产全过程风险管控和监控、员工安全行为习惯养成等功能的综合安全信息平台,促进了矿山安全管理水平的总体提升。
In view of the problems existing in the process of traditional mine safety information construction,such as poor sharing and circulation of safety production data,single system and backward safety management mode,based on the theoretical idea of“risk classification control and list management”,the overall framework of mine safety risk management and control platform was analyzed and studied by introducing artificial intelligence,big data and other technologies.Aiming at a mine's risk and hidden danger management,operation process dynamic monitoring,mine safety governance and other key issues were analyzed and researched,risk management and control of the digital platform can realize the whole process of the whole safety business coverage,which promoted the overall improvement of mine safety management level.
