EDI SD-OCT在眼科疾病诊疗中的应用进展

摘要 频域光学相干断层扫描成像术(spectral domain optical coherence tomography,SD-OCT)是一种在眼科领域广泛应用的非侵入性影像诊断技术。利用眼内组织反射光波的不同,SD-OCT可以精细地扫描眼内结构并利用计算机图像技术来成像活体眼部组织。但由于视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigment epithelium,RPE)层的强烈光散射性,传统的SD-OCT无法有效地识别脉络膜和巩膜。
