摘要 随着民用无人机的广泛应用,无人机的碰撞问题成为行业发展的一个技术瓶颈。本文首先介绍了民用无人机的避撞需求的增长趋势并分析了其背后的复杂性和挑战;接着介绍了机器学习技术的基础知识,为后续技术讨论提供了理论支持;第三章节综述了基于机器学习的民用无人机避撞技术的研究进展;在第四章,对相关技术在应用中的优缺点进行了分析;最后,进行了总结,讨论了技术面临的挑战,并提出了未来研究的方向。通过全面调研,本文为读者提供了对机器学习在民用无人机避撞领域的最新应用,并为未来发展提供了有益的参考。 With the wide application of civil UAV,the collision problem of UAV has become a technical bottleneck in the development of the industry.Firstly,the increasing trend of collision avoidance demand of civil UAV is introduced and the complexity and challenge behind it are analyzed.Then the basic knowledge of machine learning technology is introduced,which provides theoretical support for the subsequent technical discussion.The third chapter summarizes the research progress of collision avoidance technology of civil UAV based on machine learning.In the fourth chapter,the advantages and disadvantages of relevant technologies in application are analyzed.Finally,a summary is made,the challenges facing the technology are discussed,and the direction of future research is proposed.Through a comprehensive survey,this paper provides readers with the latest application of machine learning in the field of civil UAV collision avoidance and provides a useful reference for future development.
