基于网络层次分析方法的飞行器装备作战效能评估方法研究

摘要 针对飞行器装备作战试验效能评估指标体系中不同二级指标之间存在耦合关系且主观评价较强的问题,本文提出基于FANP(fuzzy analytic network process)和基于GC-ANP(greyclustering ANP)的飞行器装备作战试验效能评估方法.首先,以飞行器装备作战试验效能评估为主要研究对象构建作战效能指标体系,其中一级指标包括航程指标、突击指标、生存指标和武器指标。在作战效能指标体系的基础上进一步构建ANP模型结构,利用SuperDecision软件计算各级指标的指标权重,然后根据飞行器装备仿真试验大数据分别采用FCE模型和GC模型进行飞行器装备作战试验效能评价.最后通过对作战试验数据分析,验证了本文提出的基于FANP和基于GC-ANP的作战试验效能评估方法的合理性和有效性,可以为设备级作战鉴定试验设计和仿真试验评估提供可靠的理论参考。 Considering the effectiveness evaluation problem of coupling relationship between different secondary indi-cators and strong subjective evaluation in the weaponry operational test,this paper proposes two effectiveness evalua-tion methods based on FANP(Fuzzy ANP)and GC-ANP,and analyze the operational test effectiveness of weapons e-quipment.Firstly,this paper proposes an operational effectiveness index system for the aircraft equipment operational test effectiveness evaluation,which the first-level indicators include range indicators,penetration indicators,survival indicators and weapon indicators.On the basis of the operational effectiveness index system,the ANP model structure is further constructed,the index weights of the indicators at all levels are calculated by using the Super Decision soft-ware,and then the FCE model and the GC model are used to evaluate the operational effective-ness of aircraft equip-ment based on the aircraft equipment operational test big data.Finally,the rationality and effective-ness of the pro-posed operational test effectiveness evaluation methods are verified through the case analysis of the actual operational test data.It can provide a reliable theoretical reference for the operational appraisal test design and simulation test evaluation of weapons equipment.
