森林浴对特勤慢阻肺患者运动耐力及肺功能的影响

Effects of forest bathing on exercise endurance and lung function of special service patients with COPD

目的探究特勤慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)患者应用森林浴对其运动耐力、肺功能的影响。方法选择2022年4月至2023年4月某部队医院呼吸科收治的64例特勤慢阻肺患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表分组,对照组32例应用常规疗养干预,研究组32例在对照组基础上应用森林浴,对比两组患者运动耐力指标、肺功能指标、睡眠质量评分及日常生活能力评分。结果干预前两组特勤慢阻肺患者评分指标(呼吸困难Borg评分、睡眠质量评分及日常生活能力评分)、6 min步行距离、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)组间数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),呼吸困难Borg评分、睡眠质量评分研究组干预后相比对照组更低,6 min步行距离、FEV1、FVC及日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论特勤慢阻肺患者疗养中应用森林浴,运动耐力、肺功能均得到极大改善,睡眠质量好,日常生活能力高。

Objective To explore the effects of forest bathing on exercise endurance and lung function of special service patients with COPD.Methods 64 special service patients with COPD admitted to the respiratory department of a military hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were divided into groups according to a random number table,32 patients in the control group received conventional convalescence intervention,and 32 patients in the study group received forest bathing on the basis of the control group.Exercise endurance index,lung function index,sleep quality score and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in score indexes(Borg score,sleep quality score and daily living ability score),6-min walking distance,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)between the two groups(P>0.05).Borg score of dyspnea and sleep quality score of the study group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,and the scores of 6-min walking distance,FEV1,FVC and ability of daily living were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the convalescence of special service patients with COPD,the application of forest bathing has greatly improved the exercise endurance and lung function,with good sleep quality and high daily living ability.
