高尿酸血症与部分中医偏颇体质的研究进展

Research progress on hyperuricemia and partial biased constitution of traditional Chinese medicine

高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)是第二大代谢性疾病,为嘌呤代谢紊乱的表现,是多种慢性疾病发生发展的病理基础。高尿酸血症不仅是导致慢性肾脏疾病和心血管疾病的独立危险因素,也是心血管终点事件和全因死亡率的独立预测因子,是代谢综合征朝不良方向发展的主要危险因素之一。在我国,高尿酸血症的患病率逐年增高,患病群体呈年轻化趋势。我们对高尿酸血症需要有更积极的态度。中医体质学说是研究不同体质特征、类型,并将其作为分析疾病的病变性质、反应情况、发展趋势,从而对疾病进行治疗和预防的学科。中医体质学与现代医学的综合应用已经成为慢性病临床研究的热点。用中医体质理论和方法干预高尿酸血症有其独到优势和社会意义,中医药在认识和治疗高尿酸血症中的应用价值也逐渐被重视。痰湿质、湿热质属于中医偏颇体质,与代谢性疾病密切相关。现对痰湿质、湿热质体质与高尿酸血症的相关性作一综述,为本病的预防和治疗提供依据。

Hyperuricemia(HUA)is the second most prevalent metabolic disease,manifesting as a purine metabolism disorder.It is the pathological basis for the development of many chronic diseases.HUA is not only an independent risk factor for chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular disease,but also an independent predictor of cardiovascular endpoint events and all-cause mortality,serving as one of the main risk factors for the adverse development of metabolic syndrome.In our country,the prevalence of HUA increases annually and becomes younger.A more positive attitude towards HUA is concerned.Constitutional science of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a discipline to treat and prevent diseases by analyzing the pathogenesis,disease condition and development trend based on the characteristics and types of TCM constitution.The combination of constitutional science of TCM and modern medicine has become a hot topic in the research of chronic diseases.Using the theory and Methods of constitutional science of TCM to intervene HUA offers a unique advantage and social meaning.Application of TCM in understanding and treating HUA has been gradually highlighted.The phlegm-dampness constitution and dampnessheat constitution are biased constitutions and closely related to metabolic diseases.This article reviewed the correlation of phlegm-dampness constitution and dampness-heat constitution with HUA,thus providing a basis for the prevention and treatment of HUA.
