远视性单眼弱视黄斑区各层视网膜厚度的变化

The changes in the thickness of retinal sublayers of the monocular hyperopia amblyopia

摘要 目的利用SD-OCT研究远视性单眼弱视眼黄斑区视网膜厚度与其对侧健康眼的差异。方法本研究纳入远视性单眼弱视患者32例。采用SD-OCT获取弱视眼和对侧眼的黄斑区域图像。利用仪器自带的软件分析以中央凹为中心、3 mm直径范围内的视网膜总厚度和各层厚度。比较弱视眼和对侧眼视网膜厚度的差异, 并分析弱视眼最佳矫正视力和视网膜厚度之间的相关性。结果弱视眼的视网膜总厚度和内层视网膜总厚度在黄斑中央凹区域和颞侧旁中央凹区域增厚、鼻侧旁中央凹区域变薄。在中央凹区域内, 弱视眼的神经纤维层、节细胞层、内丛状层、内核层、外丛状层较对侧眼有增厚, 而外核层则变薄, 差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。弱视眼最佳矫正视力与视网膜色素上皮层厚度呈正相关性(r =0.34-0.36, P <0.05)。结论视网膜总厚度、内层及各层厚度表现为中央凹区域和颞侧区增厚、鼻侧区变薄。弱视眼最佳矫正视力的下降与色素上皮层的增厚相关。 Objective To investigate the changes in retinal thickness in monocular hyperopia amblyopia compared with the follow eyes.Methods This study enrolled 32 patients with monocular hyperopia amblyopia.The macular of the amblyopic and follow eyes was imaged using OCT,which were analyzed within 3 mm of diameter centered on the fovea.The differences of the thicknesses between the amblyopic and follow eyes were compared.Results At the fovea,the thicknesses of retinal nerve fiber layer,ganglion cells layer,inner plexiform layer,inner nuclear layer and outer plexiform layer increased in the amblyopic eyes,while the outer nuclear layer decreased.The BCVA of amblyopic eyes was positively correlated with retinal pigmental epithelium(RPE).Conclusion There were alterations of retinal thicknesses in the amblyopic eyes.The decreased visual acuity of amblyopic eyes was related with increased RPE layers.
